C1 Fund Inc., a publicly traded closed-end fund focused on private crypto companies, disclosed that Ripple Labs equity is now its largest holding at 17.5% of net assets, edging out Payward (Kraken’s parent) at 16.9%. The fund reported the allocation in its Q2 2026 results released August 31. Ripple Labs, the company behind the XRP token, is held as private equity rather than as a token position. The fund’s net asset value stands at $42.6 million, or $6.49 per share, with a market capitalization of $19.1 million, representing a 56% discount to NAV.
