A Bitcoin puzzle was created on August 23, 2026, using information from the Genesis block mined by Satoshi Nakamoto on January 3, 2009. The puzzle creator generated a 2-of-2 multisig wallet with extremely low entropy, with two keys independently derived from the same Genesis field without any hash applied. The current jackpot stands at 142,779 sats, nearly $111. Alex Thorn, Head of Research at Galaxy, has tested over 19.3 billion candidate scripts without success.
