Morgan Stanley maintained its overweight rating on SpaceX stock with a $300 price target, implying more than 70% upside from Tuesday’s close. The rocket maker announced plans to build its Starbase launch facility in Louisiana, a $100 billion spaceport set to support thousands of launches annually. Analyst Adam Jonas noted that SpaceX plans to build 15 launch pads total, compared to its current three pads and three more planned by the end of 2027. Morgan Stanley projects SpaceX could reach $3.5 trillion in revenue by 2040. Shares are currently trading around $136, down from a peak of $225 shortly after its IPO.
