An internal survey conducted in June 2025 reveals that 76% to 78% of Nvidia employees are millionaires, with roughly half holding a net worth above $25 million. Out of a total workforce of 36,000 to 42,000 people, this translates to approximately 18,000 individuals who have crossed that threshold, largely through company stock. This wealth stems from an employee stock purchase plan allowing workers to buy shares at a 15% discount to market price. Nvidia reached a market capitalization of $4 trillion in July 2025, becoming the first company ever to hit that milestone, with its stock rising nearly 3,800% from 2019 to its peak in mid-2025.
