Chainlink: Will a $2.3M whale transfer put LINK’s price rally at risk?

Share

A whale transferred 198,300 LINK, worth approximately $2.3 million, to Coinbase, triggering selling pressure as the price retreated following a 22.82% weekly gain. LINK’s price fell 3.04% in 24 hours after the transfer, but spot net outflows reached $8.35 million, significantly outweighing the whale’s deposit and indicating a favorable supply-demand imbalance. Open Interest declined 6.35% to $670.45 million, reflecting traders reducing leveraged exposure. The $10.693 support level will be critical in preserving LINK’s structural breakout, which could otherwise expose the $9.537 support zone.
