CoreWeave CEO Michael Intrator sold 13,129 Class A shares for approximately $1.2 million on August 20. The transaction, executed through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, was a mandatory sell-to-cover to satisfy tax obligations tied to vesting equity awards. Since CoreWeave’s IPO lockup expired, insiders have collectively sold over $2.3 billion in stock. CRWV shares currently trade between $80 and $100, a significant decline from post-IPO highs, with the company reporting negative cash flow. These scheduled sales through 10b5-1 trading plans are expected to continue in the coming months.
