SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci said Bitcoin will climb back above $100,000 as the halving cycle tightens prices ahead of the next reduction in block rewards expected around April 2028. The cryptocurrency recently traded around $65,000, having peaked above $126,000 in October 2025 and last closing above $100,000 on November 13, 2025. Scaramucci had previously predicted Bitcoin would reach $170,000 after the April 2024 halving using a four-times multiplier on the halving-day price, a four-year cycle pattern now being questioned by several analysts. The U.S. Senate cloture vote on the Clarity Act, which could impact the crypto market, is scheduled for September 15.
