Klarna’s shares plummeted 23 to 27% in the fourth quarter to an all-time low between $13.80 and $14.53, despite record quarterly revenue of $1.08 billion, up 38% year over year. The Swedish fintech posted a net loss of $26 million and saw its credit provisions surge 59% year over year. The stock has lost more than half its value since its IPO at $40 in September 2025, now trading around $19.50. First-quarter 2026 guidance of $900 million to $980 million in revenue came in line with consensus estimates, while Germany’s retail slump, a key market for Klarna, continues to weigh on performance.
