Galatasaray has entered negotiations with Napoli regarding a permanent transfer for Dutch winger Noa Lang, who spent the second half of last season on loan at the Turkish club. Napoli signed Lang from PSV Eindhoven for a reported fee between 25 and 28 million euros in July 2025, but the player never established himself in Italy, making only 18 Serie A appearances. Galatasaray declined a purchase option of roughly 30 million euros but is now exploring a deal in the 15-20 million euro range. Lang’s current market value is estimated at around 22 million euros, and negotiations remain in their early stages as of mid-August 2026.
