Fort Robotics, a Philadelphia-based physical AI safety firm, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FROB through a SPAC merger with Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp. The deal values the combined company at approximately $500 million. The company has about 19,000 devices deployed, holds over 25 patents, and serves more than 600 customers in manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture.
