Texas Stock Exchange secures first primary listings from two ETFs

The Texas Stock Exchange has secured its first primary listing commitments from two Texas-focused ETFs, marking a significant milestone for the Dallas-based challenger exchange. Westwood Holdings Group filed a prospectus with the SEC on March 31, 2026, for the Westwood Salient Enhanced Power and Infrastructure ETF, ticker PWRX, designating TXSE as its primary listing venue. PWRX is an actively managed ETF with an options overlay, investing across the energy sector and data-center infrastructure. TXSE, a fully electronic national exchange owned by TXSE Group Inc., received SEC approval and plans to challenge NYSE and Nasdaq starting in 2026. This first listing is strategically significant as TXSE seeks to establish a network effect, given Texas’s position as the largest US energy producer and its growing data-center sector.
