Beijing and Shenzhen-based robotics startup Robotera is planning an initial public offering in Hong Kong. Founded in 2023, the company has raised over $340 million in 2026, including a strategic round of RMB 1 billion ($146 million) in March that pushed its valuation above RMB 10 billion, followed by an additional $200 million in May led by logistics giant SF Group. Robotera targets over 1,000 unit deliveries in Q2 2026, representing growth of more than 300%. The company has already deployed its robots across more than 10 logistics centers in partnership with China Post and SF Group, and claims over 95% self-sufficiency in designing its core components.
