XRP fell below the $1 mark this week for the first time since late 2024, posting a decline of over 5% over 30 days and over 3% over the past week. Large addresses holding at least 1 million XRP grew by 32 over three months, signaling accumulation by whales despite the market downturn. Network activity continued to rise in August with around 35,700 active addresses daily, up from 26,400 in July. ETF flows have stalled with zero net flow over the last four sessions and weekly inflows dropping to $1.01 million from $14.86 million the prior week. The taker buy/sell ratio on Binance fell to 0.86, its lowest since May, reflecting persistent selling pressure.
