Cardano Holds $0.2 Line Despite ETF Rejection: What’s Next for ADA?

Cardano is holding near $0.2 after a weekend decline triggered by Grayscale withdrawing its Cardano ETF registration application on August 7. On August 9, Cardano celebrated six months of regulated CME futures trading, a critical milestone for spot ETF eligibility. Market observers had been anticipating an ETF decision in late October 2026, but this will no longer be the case. ADA was trading at $0.195, with support at $0.17 and resistance at $0.232. On the technical side, the Dijkstra hard fork Phase 1 scope is frozen for delivery by end of 2026, and Cardano has achieved a new interoperability milestone by connecting to Injective.
