Hyperscale Data sold 150.5 BTC for approximately $9.6 million and borrowed $30 million via Morpho at a variable rate of roughly 4.9% to fund the conversion of its Michigan Bitcoin-mining site into an AI data center. The company targets $300 million to $350 million in revenue for 2027, tripling the roughly $102 million generated in 2025, but its AI business is expected to contribute only $40 million to $50 million, representing 11% to 17% of the total. Lending, digital assets and portfolio companies are expected to drive the forecast with contributions of $100 million to $150 million and $150 million to $200 million respectively. The first 10 megawatts of data center capacity are expected to begin operating before the end of 2026, followed by another 10 megawatts in the first quarter of 2027, making 2027 a transition year before larger AI revenue arrives in 2028.
