Core Scientific reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $164.2 million, more than double the $78.6 million from a year ago, driven by AI infrastructure colocation which now accounts for 83% of total revenue. The company posted a net loss of $1.155 billion stemming from non-cash remeasurement of warrant and contingent value right liabilities, not from operational issues. Colocation services generated $136.7 million in Q2, up from $77.5 million in Q1, with total leased customer power capacity at approximately 1.1 GW offering potential revenue exceeding $24 billion over the life of contracts. On July 28, Core Scientific announced a strategic partnership with AMD covering 15-year agreements for approximately 530 MW across five sites with potential base revenue exceeding $14 billion and capacity scalable to 2.5 GW.
