Flare has released Smart Accounts version 1.3, allowing XRP holders to access decentralized finance (DeFi) with a single wallet signature. The system automatically converts XRP to FXRP and deposits it into selected yield vaults, eliminating the need for separate wallets or gas token management on another blockchain. Since February, FXRP deployed across DeFi applications has grown by 75%, rising from 82 million to 144 million. Over 40 million XRP is currently earning returns through Smart Accounts across nearly 24,000 accounts. The update also introduces two new yield vaults and expands wallet compatibility to include Ledger, Xaman, Joey Wallet, and D’CENT.
