Dwelly raises $170M for AI real estate rollup strategy as proptech consolidation accelerates

London-based startup Dwelly closed a $170 million Series B round led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, bringing its total funding to $263 million in less than five months. Founded around 2024-2025, the company acquires fragmented UK letting agencies and replaces their manual processes with AI tools for tenant screening, rent collection, and property management. Dwelly now manages over 10,000 properties, up from zero at its founding approximately 18 months ago. This rapid growth illustrates the trend toward consolidation in the UK lettings market through technology.
