XRP Healthcare’s XRPH wallet app was taken offline following a security breach on September 3, 2026. A total of 4,011 wallets were compromised, with 267,664 XRP, 23.2 million XRPH tokens and 2.43 million XRPHAI tokens stolen, representing approximately $452,000 in assets. The funds were traced to a single Ethereum wallet containing 445,198 DAI, which has remained untouched since the incident. The preliminary investigation found that seed phrases were stored unencrypted on the phone and that the staking feature transmitted seeds to XRP Healthcare’s server. Out of 1,225 wallets using the staking feature, 1,198 were drained, but 70 percent of victims had never used staking, suggesting a broader vulnerability in the application.
