Israeli company Xsight Labs, specializing in networking chips for AI data centers, has raised over $300 million in fresh funding. This round values the company between $2.5 billion and $2.8 billion post-money, representing roughly a 5x increase from its 2021 valuation. Fidelity Investments and Atreides Management led the round, with serial entrepreneur Avigdor Willenz also contributing. Investors are betting that the AI data center networking market will grow to $150 billion by 2028. Xsight has notably secured a contract to supply chips for SpaceX’s next-generation Starlink V3 satellites.
