Enterprise AI startup Wonderful has closed a $550 million Series C funding round, valuing the company at $5 billion. This valuation has more than doubled from the $2 billion from its Series B round in March 2026, roughly six months ago. Insight Partners led the round, with Salesforce as a new investor alongside existing backers Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing total funding since inception to over $800 million. The company expects its annual recurring revenue to exceed $100 million by the end of 2026, representing approximately 50 times forward ARR for its current valuation. Wonderful, founded by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar in early 2025, operates as an AI operating system for enterprises, orchestrating AI agents and workflows, with approximately 650 employees across more than 35 international markets.
