Cypherpunk Technologies, backed by the Winklevoss twins, launched what it calls the world’s largest Zcash mining fleet through a $33.33 million equity deal with Winklevoss Capital. The company already holds approximately 323,394 ZEC, representing 1.92% of circulating supply, making it the largest corporate Zcash holder. Cypherpunk aims to control 5% of circulating supply, with mining allowing ZEC production below market price. The company’s stock previously plunged nearly 40% amid a Zcash privacy bug.
