Jeanne Jones, CFO of Exelon since 2022 and an almost 20-year veteran of the company, will take on the newly created role of EVP of finance and strategy on October 5. She will continue to oversee financial activities while leading integrated strategy efforts, as electricity demand surges and utilities face mounting pressure to invest without driving up customer bills. Robert Kleczynski, currently SVP, controller and head of tax, will succeed her as CFO. Exelon, which serves 11 million customers through six regulated transmission and distribution utilities, reported second-quarter revenues of $5.97 billion, up 10% year-over-year, beating estimates.
