OpenAI has appointed Dali Rajic as its new Chief Revenue Officer, succeeding Denise Dresser who held the position for less than a year. The 53-year-old executive joins OpenAI from Wiz, the cybersecurity company acquired by Google for $32 billion in 2026, where he served as President and COO. OpenAI, which now generates more revenue from enterprise clients than consumers, is preparing for a potentially historic IPO, likely in 2027, while competitor Anthropic reportedly plans to go public as soon as September 2026. Rajic brings extensive enterprise sales experience from his tenure at AppDynamics, Zscaler and Wiz, and is expected to drive OpenAI’s revenue growth, particularly in cybersecurity with its Daybreak program.
