Microsoft has risen about 25% since reporting earnings on July 29, while Salesforce has rallied 29% since its August 26 earnings report. Price targets have been raised: Microsoft to $550 from $500 and Salesforce to $290 from $250. Treasury yields fell after Fed Governor Christopher Waller said he favors keeping interest rates steady, reducing rate hike odds to 52% from 63%.
