Unitree Robotics, a Chinese company based in Hangzhou, has priced its IPO on China’s A-share market at 6.1 billion yuan, approximately 904 million dollars. Founded in 2016 by Wang Xingxing, the company saw its revenue grow 335% in 2025, when it shipped over 5,500 humanoid robots, placing it at the top of the global rankings. Citic Securities, handling the offering, projects a post-IPO valuation ranging from 50.6 to 55.9 billion yuan, roughly 7.4 to 8.3 billion dollars. The company will become the first embodied-intelligence company listed on China’s A-share market. Proceeds will be allocated to research and development, manufacturing capacity expansion, and continued advancement of humanoid robotics technology.
