Trezor announced that a logistics service provider suffered a data breach affecting over 13,000 customers across the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal. A total of 11,742 individuals had their full name, postal address, phone number, and email exposed, while 1,947 other customers had their name, city, and email compromised. The company stated that its systems and devices remain secure, with wallet backups and stored cryptocurrencies unaffected. However, the exposed data could fuel targeted phishing campaigns and enable bad actors to cross-reference identities, physical addresses, and potential cryptocurrency holdings. Trezor plans to launch an anonymous delivery option starting in September, allowing customers to pick up orders at automated lockers using a pseudonym.
