Tottenham Hotspur is in advanced talks to sign both Savinho and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City during the 2026 summer transfer window. The London club is offering around £70 million for Brazilian winger Savinho and approximately €60 million (£51 million) for Egyptian forward Marmoush. If both deals close, the combined expenditure could exceed £120 million. This marks Tottenham’s second attempt to acquire Savinho, following the rejection of a £60 million bid during summer 2025, after which Manchester City secured the player with a six-year contract extension.
