Arbitrum’s grant oversight body has given three DeFi projects (Good Entry, Limitless and APX Finance) until September 10 to respond to high-severity misuse findings and return unresolved funds, or face votes for permanent exclusion from future DAO programs. The combined figures total 457,553 ARB, but this aggregates distinct findings rather than representing a single repayable balance. Good Entry is accused of distributing 142,839 ARB to 1,032 ineligible users, Limitless of swapping 75,000 ARB to USDC and transferring funds to Base, and APX Finance of leaving a substantial portion unutilized in treasury addresses. The proposed Snapshot votes are purely social and involve no on-chain action, but would make covered projects and individuals ineligible for future Arbitrum DAO programs.
