Russia’s FSB has placed Telegram founder Pavel Durov on an international wanted list and charged him with facilitating terrorist activity. The FSB alleges that Telegram failed to remove channels, chats and bots used by Ukrainian intelligence services, terrorist groups and extremist organizations. This development follows the opening of a criminal case against Durov in February. Separately, a separate investigation remains ongoing in France over alleged illegal activity on Telegram.
