The technology sector drove the rally, with Nvidia climbing more than 8%, Microsoft up 11%, and Micron Technology rising 13%. Treasury yields remain elevated amid inflation concerns, and Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh reiterated his worries about inflation, making a 25 basis point September rate hike more likely according to Barclays. Oil prices jumped to $85.64 per barrel for WTI and $90.57 for Brent amid heightened Middle East tensions.
