Polkadot’s 35% rally meets a 9% flush – Rebound or leverage reset?

Polkadot (DOT) gained 35% in a week before dropping 9.85% at press time, erasing part of its recent gains. The Funding Rate turned positive after entering negative territory, indicating a shift toward leveraged buyers. DOT recorded a negative netflow of $1.13 million over 24 hours and $7.09 million over seven days, reducing immediately available supply on exchanges. Long liquidations reached $892,620 over 24 hours, compared with $53,930 for short liquidations, showing that the decline primarily punished leveraged buyers. The $1.01 level remains a downside risk as long as price fails to confirm a rebound above overhead liquidity clusters.
