PGL has opened registration for open qualifiers to its Masters Bucharest 2026 Counter-Strike 2 tournament, a Valve Tier 1 event featuring a $1.25 million prize pool. The main event will run from October 24 to 31, 2026 at PGL Studios in Bucharest, Romania, with 16 teams competing. Twelve slots have already been filled through invitations, leaving the remaining four spots to be decided through qualification. Open qualifiers are now live, followed by closed regional qualifiers scheduled for September 9 through 13, 2026. The prize pool will be split evenly between players and clubs, with $625,000 allocated to each.
