Oracle and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership with the launch of the Oracle AI Database Agent for Gemini Enterprise, announced on April 22, 2026, at Google Cloud Next 2026. The new AI agent allows enterprise users to query Oracle databases using plain language prompts without writing any SQL code. Oracle is also expanding the availability of its Exadata and Autonomous Database services on Google Cloud infrastructure, enabling joint customers to access these resources directly within the Google Cloud environment. Oracle AI Database@Google Cloud runs Oracle Cloud Infrastructure database services directly in Google Cloud data centers, eliminating the need for data transfers between the two platforms. This partnership, which began in June 2024, aims to make enterprise data accessible to a broader range of users beyond IT departments.
