Ondo Finance’s broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, secured regulatory authorization to offer tokenized equities and funds to U.S. investors under SEC and FINRA oversight. The approval allows Oasis Pro Markets to provide compliant access to tokenized publicly traded equities, including IPOs, as well as interests in funds such as ETFs, mutual funds, and index funds. The Ondo Stocks unit has recorded over $20 billion in cumulative volume and more than $1 billion in tokenized stocks total value locked. The ONDO token trades at around $0.40, with a circulating market capitalization near $1.95 billion.
