Nvidia has invested $5 billion in Safe Superintelligence Inc., the AI startup co-founded by Ilya Sutskever, the former chief scientist at OpenAI. The deal, disclosed on July 27, gives SSI preferential access to Nvidia’s next-generation Vera Rubin AI computing platform. The startup is reportedly valued at approximately $32 billion.
