Morgan Stanley is in advanced talks to lend $15 billion to Nexus Data Centers to build out a large artificial intelligence infrastructure project for Anthropic. The data center campus will be located in Hubbard, Texas. As part of the deal, Google agreed to backstop Anthropic with its investment-grade credit rating. This financing is part of Anthropic’s broader strategy to increase its computing capacity by forging multiple infrastructure partnerships.
