Nasdaq has given Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) until February 2, 2027, to cure two listing deficiencies on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The stock, trading around $0.32, must more than triple to meet the $1 minimum bid-price requirement, while total market value must recover above $35 million. AVAT emerged from a merger with special-purpose acquisition company Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp. in a transaction valued at over $675 million and holds more than 15 million AVAX tokens. A reverse stock split could address the price deficiency but would not increase aggregate market value, leaving compliance unresolved.
