The XRP Ledger Foundation has released version 3.3.0 of its protocol, introducing features for institutions such as Confidential Transfers allowing the hiding of balances and transaction amounts on Multi-Purpose Tokens. This update also brings the Batch, Sponsor, and Permission Delegation amendments. These amendments are not yet live as they require at least 80% support from approved validators for two consecutive weeks before activation.
