The transfer fee could reach nine figures in pounds, structured with an upfront guaranteed payment and performance-related bonuses. PSG were holding firm on a price tag between 120 and 145 million pounds, while Liverpool’s offers hovered between 100 and 112 million pounds. Developed at Lyon and then elevated at PSG, where he won Ligue 1 and Champions League titles, Barcola is set to replace Mohamed Salah, whose departure forced Liverpool into the market for a top-tier replacement.
