AT&T CEO John Stankey and JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon have jointly called on employees to come to meetings prepared with well-supported ideas rather than remaining silent. Both leaders insist on creating an environment where employees are not afraid to express disagreements, even uncomfortable ones. Financially, JPMorgan’s stock has risen more than 17% over the past year while AT&T’s has declined about 12%. As artificial intelligence emerges, both CEOs are now considering alternative approaches to traditional reading to prepare for meetings.
