Jet fuel prices in Africa climbed to approximately $211 per barrel in late March, intensifying operational pressures on airlines. The Kenyan flag carrier had previously disclosed holding roughly 56 days of jet fuel reserves. Market indicators showed a 14% probability of crude oil reaching a new all-time high by December 31.
