IREN plans to invest between $25 billion and $30 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure. According to Bernstein analysts, this massive spending envelope may have spooked investors. The company nonetheless has $4 billion in contracted cloud annual recurring revenue for its 2026 capacity. It has also secured over $20 million in annual revenue per IT megawatt on recent deals.
