In April 2026, ServiceNow paid $7.75 billion in cash to acquire Armis, the security platform founded by Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael. In Q2 2026, ServiceNow’s revenue hit $3.99 billion, up 24%, and AI products crossed $1 billion in annual contract value.
