Hyperliquid is seeking to establish a presence in the US market through Payward, the parent company of the Kraken exchange. A deal involving crypto perpetual futures contracts is at the core of this project. Payward has presented the CFTC with an outline of the proposed structure. Regulatory approval is still pending.
