Higgsfield AI, a generative video AI startup founded by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, is reportedly in advanced negotiations to raise between $300 million and $500 million at a $5 billion pre-money valuation, nearly quadrupling its valuation from five months ago. The company has reached an annualized run rate of approximately $200 million in revenue, driven primarily by social media marketers who account for roughly 85% of its user base. The platform, which offers text-to-video and image-to-video generation, launched in 2025 and has attracted tens of millions of users. This $5 billion valuation implies a revenue multiple of approximately 25x on current annualized revenue. Existing investors include Accel, Menlo Ventures, GFT Ventures, and AI Capital Partners.
