Share

Google launched Gemini 3.7 Flash on August 13, 2026, a model designed specifically for coding, agentic workflows, and software engineering challenges. The model supports a context window exceeding one million tokens and multimodal inputs including text, images, and other data formats. Pricing is set at $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens. The launch came eleven days after EU AI Act transparency requirements became enforceable on August 2, with fines of up to 3% of global annual turnover for non-compliance. Google is deploying SynthID, its watermarking technology, to track the origin of AI-generated content in compliance with the new European regulations.
