Google unveiled its Pixel 11 lineup, featuring the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold with the new Tensor G6 chip and ai-powered software features. Hardware improvements remain modest: the standard model’s main camera sensor is 56% larger and wireless charging reaches 25W, but most sensors are unchanged and battery life claims are similar to last year. Alphabet was forced to reduce starting RAM on Pro models from 16GB to 12GB due to a global memory shortage driven by ai data center demand. Prices increased across the board: the Pixel 11 starts at $899, the Pro at $1,099 and the Pro XL at $1,299, representing increases of $100 to $200 depending on the model. Following the launch, Alphabet shares, which had initially risen 0.6%, fell 0.2% even as the broader Nasdaq traded higher.
