The platform’s total reserves stand at $8.215 billion with an overall reserve ratio of 127%, well above the 100% security threshold. BTC reserves total 27,550 BTC against user holdings of 22,436 BTC, representing a 22.79% excess. ETH reserves reach 458,203 ETH for 375,429 ETH in user holdings, showing a 22.05% surplus. Stablecoin reserves amount to $1.761 billion covering $1.578 billion in user assets, yielding an aggregate ratio of 111.63%. This ample surplus strengthens Gate.io’s ability to withstand market volatility and liquidity risks while serving over 59 million users worldwide.
