French fintech Dowgo has partnered with Uniswap, Superstate and Securitize to develop Permissioned Pools, a technical standard enabling regulated financial assets to be traded on decentralized infrastructure. The protocol will automatically verify each investor’s authorization before any transaction. Dowgo, the only European market infrastructure involved in the project, contributed to testing the standard and developing support for the ERC-3643 token standard. This collaboration aligns with Dowgo’s strategy to build a tokenized financial markets platform under the European Pilot Regime, pending approvals from the AMF, the Banque de France and the ACPR. The company specifies it is not yet licensed and does not currently operate any trading platform.
